Green Animals Topiary Garden

We visited Green Animals Topiary on the last day of the Lego exhibit and we are so glad that we did. We LOVED both the topiary and the beautiful Lego creations...the peacock, deer, and monarch! OH MY GOSH! So pretty. The topiary from the garden were also superb! It was fun to wander through the plant creations and figure out what each was. There is an amazing Dahlia planting blooming presently that is full of blooms you wont find other places. Two sculptures were closed off because of harvesting which was so sad!!!! I encourage parents to help their young people remember that you cannot come to formal gardens such as these and pick. Let nature thrive in place for everyone to enjoy...even veggies that are meant for food pantries!

We went to see this exhibition on a beautiful day. It was the last weekend it was open and we really enjoyed it. I'm hoping that the House will be reopened for tours in the near future. What a beautiful place to stop and unwind! We are on a road trip from Maine back to Cincinnati and I just love finding unplanned places to stop! The grounds are stunning and the staff is lovely! There was a Lego exhibit there, when we visited, which just added another level of fun! Every Lego exhibit had a small plaque next to it with explanation about the animal and the artists time and effort put in.
